Dinner in Foil
For each serving, take a large square of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Place a boneless chicken breast or boneless pork chop in the center of the foil. Season the meat with one of the following — barbecue sauce, lemon pepper, dill butter, teryaki, or whatever you’re hungry for.
Place any or all of the following around the meat: a peeled and quartered potato, a peeled carrot cut into chunks, a few small broccoli spears or cauliflower florets, and a small onion cut into chunks. Dot the veggies with butter and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Fold the aluminum foil up to form a tightly sealed packet. Bake at 350 degrees until meat is tender and the veggies are cooked — usually around half an hour.
This is as simple and delicious as a meal gets — plus clean up is minimal!

YOU NEED BREAKFAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is my diet (it might work for you too
breafast: yogurt, toast, strawberries, scrambled eggs, lemon tea
lunch: half a turkey sanwich, a handful of grapes and cantelope, glass of milk.
Dinner: lean quisine
snacks throughout the day: milk, pretzels
I love this diet because it tastes great and my meals get smaller throughout the day, wich is good. I also do 30 minuites of cardio and ab workouts every day. Good luck!

three course vegetarian christmasy party dinner ideas? ENGLISH MEALS PLEASE!?
I am hosting a meal with a few of my friends before Christmas, and I was going to cook soup for the starter but im stuck on a main
I want to do something everyone will like
e.g. One friend will eat mostly anything
another hates mostly everything
and one is a little fussy
they all love meat, but I wanted to do a veggie meal
I had in mind a veggie Sheppard’s pie
does anyone have other ideas?
Also….
would it be strange, as a last resort to do pasta for the main (everyone loves) however still serve the starter as soup? -english/italian? doesn’t stick with the theme? will it be weird?
Thanks

Meal ideas for picky dinner guests?
My sister and her 2 very picky children are visting this week. I need some good and healthy dinner ideas that we can all enjoy so I won’t have to make seperate meals for everyone. Thanks.

Heather Vines answers:
Have each build their own stuff… Mexican usually works for us, we just had a dinner party where various different people didn’t eat fat, sugar, meat or vegetables. Build your own quesadillas, tacos, etc. Another option is mini pizzas. You can control the ingredients if you make them yourself, so a whole wheat dough, low fat cheese (fat free may just be too much! Hehe), turkey peperoni, ham, veggies. Kids love chicken, and mac and cheese so make those in a way that makes you comfortable healthy-wise and they’ll probably like that too. Beyond that, Turkey hot dogs? I’d ask your sister what she usually makes and have that on hand, just in case. Good Luck!
